William "Bill" Clinton

William “Bill” Clinton passed away on March 4, 2023. Bill was born in the fall of 1944, in Wethersfield, CT, to Luke and Alice Clinton. Bill married his now-deceased wife, Donna Lucas, in September 1966. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1962 for a period of one year, but returned to active duty in the fall of 1978, ultimately retiring from the Marine Corps in 2000 at the rank of Master Sergeant, with a career spanning four decades of service. His love for all things USMC continued throughout retirement where Bill spent those years volunteering with various Marine Corps organizations.

 

Bill is survived by his daughter and her husband, Lisa and Brad Wiens; his son and his wife, Steve and Amanda Clinton; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

 

A service will be held on Monday, 20 March at Leavenworth National Cemetery at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Toys For Tots or the UMSC charity of your choice.
