Richard (Rik) Thomas Wolff

Heaven has gained an incredible angel and we are so very blessed by God for sharing him with us all these years!

Richard (Rik) Thomas Wolff passed away on March 11, 2025 from a brief illness at the age of 70 yrs old. Rik was born on August 3, 1954 to Nora and Robert Wolff in La Grange Park Illinois where he attended grade school at Christ the King Catholic school in Lombard, IL. In 1967 the Wolff family moved to Overland Park Kansas where Rik attended Cure of Ars grade school and Shawnee Mission South High School, graduating in 1972.

After high school Rik had a very successful 50 year career in the automobile sales industry in the greater Kansas City area until his retirement in 2023. Rik was a very genuine and loving friend to so many that knew him and always had a huge heart caring for all his family members and friends. His greatest love and achievement of all time was his beautiful daughter Savannah (Savvy) Wolff. He would always beam with pride when he spoke about Savvy and loved sharing his time with her barbecuing and boating at the Lake of the Ozarks with his sisters and extended family.

Rik was preceded in death by his parents Nora and Robert, brothers Steven, Michael and Brian and sister Gerri. He is survived by his amazing daughter Savannah, sisters Nancy (Chris) Kuse, Noreen (Steven) Loone, Laurie Chang, Kathy Wolff, brother Robert, nieces Kali Kuse, Kayla (Josh) Davis, Heidi Wolff-Stanton, Staci Torres, nephews Sean Wolff, Chris Loone and Ryan Saiani as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Funeral services and internment will be in Laurie, MO to be announced at a later date. In leu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Savannah Wolff and mailed to the care of Nancy Kuse, 5 Knotty Pine Dr, Camdenton, MO, 65020
