Juan Antonio Lozoya Fernandez

Juan Antonio Lozoya Fernandez, aged 68, passed away on January 21, 2025, in Kansas City, Kansas. He was born on September 25, 1956 in Guanajuato, Mexico. Juan served in the Mexican military in his youth. He was a wonderful and loving husband, brother, father and grandfather. He was always so kind and giving, even in death, as he gave the gift of life through organ donation. He loved watching action movies and telenovelas while drinking too much coffee. He also liked feeding the stray cats in the neighborhood. He loved his family. He had so much love to give that we couldn’t find a picture of him not holding a beloved pet or child in our extended family. We will forever miss him, but find peace in knowing that he saved a life.

Visitation will start at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025at St. John the Evangelist, 2910 Strong Ave, Kansas City, KS 66106. Mass will begin at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Bonner Springs City Cemetery in Bonner Springs, Kansas.
