Joshua Toca-Starnes, 21, of Kansas City, KS, passed away on December 27, 2024, at home. Born on April 02, 2003, in Kansas City, KS, to Michelle Starnes and Abel Toca. Joshua touched the lives of all who knew him with his vibrant spirit and caring heart.
He is survived by his devoted mother, Michelle Starnes; his siblings, Jose, Michael, Kimberley, Jacquelyn, and Michelle; as well as his cherished son, Jeovany Sebastian Figueroa. Joshua's legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
